  8. I took a monthly Boniva pill on two occasions, November 25, 2012 and January 5, 2013, and one Prolia injection on March 14, 2013. A 3-year Boniva trial reported a 4.9% increase in bone density; I took too little of it for it to have contributed significantly to the impressive bone density improvements I experienced. Prolia taken over time prevents bone loss but does not increase bone density. I continued my daily bone supplements of 1000mg calcium citrate, 1000mg magnesium citrate and10,000 IU Vitamin D3, which I’ve taken for some years. On November 25, 2012 I discontinued 1000mg daily Strontium and on May 20, 2013 I added 50mcg daily vitamin K2
